The host had great communication with me, the property is very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great little get away 1 block from the sand. Very well appointed kitchen including full sized fridge oven/ stovetop, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker with "the stuff" for the makings of fine coffee, and great complimentof dishes. Very comfortable bed upstairs with surf sounds when window is open.

Overall, the location is amazing and we slept like babies. Positive: Excellent location. The bed is super comfortable. They provided plenty of towel towels. The overall amenities are pretty good. Negative: TP was awful so we went and bought our own. Couch not very comfortable. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work. Unit got pretty stuffy and the airflow is tough so perhaps bring a few fans.

The location is great with downtown restaurants, shops and local grocery within walking distance. The beach is also just a few steps away. If you have a pet and you don’t mind small spaces, this is the place for you. If you have allergies and require more room and if you are a light sleeper, it is not. I gave this unit 3 stars because I didn’t give the host a heads up about my asthma. Otherwise I would have given a lesser rating. I had a very hard time inside the unit. The dust and bedding were triggering. Sleep was very difficult as you can hear everything that is happening upstairs and from the neighbors. There is one neighbor on either side. Even with ear plugs, this is not a quiet place for light sleeper. Overall this was not a great experience and value for what we paid.
