The location is great with downtown restaurants, shops and local grocery within walking distance. The beach is also just a few steps away. If you have a pet and you don’t mind small spaces, this is the place for you. If you have allergies and require more room and if you are a light sleeper, it is not. I gave this unit 3 stars because I didn’t give the host a heads up about my asthma. Otherwise I would have given a lesser rating. I had a very hard time inside the unit. The dust and bedding were triggering. Sleep was very difficult as you can hear everything that is happening upstairs and from the neighbors. There is one neighbor on either side. Even with ear plugs, this is not a quiet place for light sleeper. Overall this was not a great experience and value for what we paid.

Great host and home! We would definitely book this again if we’re ever in the area. Pros:Communicative Plenty of garbage bags, towels, etc. Stocked kitchen No trace of animal smells or hair Always appreciate a home that has a ‘no shoe’ policy and the floors were spotless! Con:Plenty of parking, but very tight for large vehicles.

Positive: Comfortable and close to the beach and town

Pros - Easy Process, Great that our dogs are welcomed, Great location near beach 2 min walk. Clean, nice kitchen. Cons - not as comfy for tall folks, a little clunky if you want to have a meal at a table. Overall - very nice, would stay here again.

Great location for a quick walk to the shore and downtown.Plenty of space.Host was accommodating for an early arrival.
